Video Depositions for Wisconsin

                            www.4DayInTheLife.com

Our video deposition services are provided in cooperation with Wisconsin's premier video deposition company, Ryker and Lyle.

We adhere to the highest professional standards, both technically and ethically, in full compliance with state and federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

You can be confident that our deposition and deposition editing services will be delivered accurately, on time – and in professional, courteous style.

Consider the following in the “look” of an effective video deposition:

  • A clear digital picture is assumed. But is the audio as clear as it must be? Each participant should "wear" a discrete lavalier microphone – not a table mic that will capture distracting room noises. We use highest professional quality lavalier mics – every time.

  • Is the subject – the witness – framed properly? (A video deposition of a certain President of the United States circulates on the internet. The President appears to be sitting in a hole – the top of his head set so low in the picture frame that he appears small and vulnerable.)

Proper framing of the subject is important. Not too low…not too high.

  • Is ambient light used effectively? The glare of portable studio lights is to be avoided whenever possible.

  • Is the subject framed by a neutral backdrop? For depositions in hospital or doctor-office settings especially, this may be important.

  • Is the videographer dressed properly? Professional decorum…always.

These elements are first priority for us – and the last thing that should concern you as you focus on your case.

And we arrive one hour prior to every deposition to assure you an on-time proceeding – every time.

Put our skill to work for you when a video deposition is in order.
